in their treatment and prevention program by conducting preventative health
screenings that can detect various diseases in their earliest and most
treatable stages while educating each patient with an available library of
pamphlets, videos, booklets, and brochures.

Karon R. LoCicero, M.D. is a native of Tampa, where she attended local schools. She graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Duke University, where she completed her pre-medical studies and earned a bachelor of arts degree in Cultural Anthropology. She received her medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine and completed her internship and residency program in Internal Medicine at the University of South Florida Affiliated Hospitals (Tampa General, James A. Haley V.A. Hospital, and H. Lee Moffit Cancer Center.) Additionally, she is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Diplomate American Board of Bariatric Medicine and is a member of the American Obesity Association and the American Society of Bariatric Physicians. |

Kaethe S. Eberhart, A.R.N.P.-C. received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Bradley University in Peoria, IL in 1986. She attended Vanderbilt University where she received her Masters in Nursing Science. Kaethe Eberhart has provided quality care in Private Practice, Military, Veterans Affairs, and University Medical Centers for the past 19 years. She is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (A.N.C.C.). She is a Certified Red Cross and American Heart Association BLCS/CFAS/AED instructor. Kaethe is deeply committed to the belief of "patient-centered care" with special interest in women's issues and health. |

Elizabeth Remo, A.R.N.P.-C. received her Bachelor of Science in Health Science Education from the University of Florida College of Health and Human Performance in 1998. In 2004, she graduated cum laude with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida College of Nursing. During her tenure at USF, Liz was a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society in Nursing. Additionally, she received the USF Certificate of Excellence Award for her exceptional academic record. Liz has researched and published in the area of cardiac health, and has substantive clinical experience in the areas of cardiology, internal medicine, and women’s health. |

Lisa Kendall, RN, MSN, FNP earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University in 2001. She is a licensed and certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Lisa served as Lead Nurse Practitioner at a clinic of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for three years. She also served as Clinical Staff Nurse at the Emergency Department of the Duke University Medical Center for two years. She has extensive experience as the charge nurse in surgical settings. Lisa was named a National Health Service Corps Scholar in 1999. She presented research on pediatric obesity at a 2007 Duke University pediatric conference. |

Shelley Jessup Williams, Esthetician Shelley is a licensed esthetician with a love of esthetics and the specialized field of skin rejuvenation and anti-aging techniques. Her involvement with patient care began with eight years in the field of paramedics as a certified technician in the United States Military. In addition to ten years of clinical work with patients, Shelley currently works as a certified trainer teaching Skin Care throughout the state of Florida. Debbie Beshears, Clinical Supervisor is a certified Medical Assistant with fifteen years of clinical and home health experience. Additionally, she is a certified phlebotomist and EKG technician. Debbie leads the clinical staff of LoCicero Medical Group.

Alex Santiago, C.C.T.,C.D.T. provides clinical support and is our diagnostic technologist. Alex performs the following diagnostic procedures: DEXA scans which measures bone mineral density, and is an important test for determining osteoporosis, Basal Metabolic Rate Testing for determining your minimal caloric requirement for losing weight, and Pulmonary Function Test for measuring lung capacity, and Nerve Conduction Studies to help in the diagnosis of polynemopathies, low back and leg pain and carpal tunnel syndrome. |

David Gonzalez , Echocardiogram Technician. David provides echocardiograms which are ultrasounds of the heart. Echocardiograms are entirely painless and provide your physician with information concerning the function and structure of your heart. |

Lori Rice, Echocardiogram Technician. Lori is a Registered Echocardiogram Technician who performs echocardiograms, which are ultrasounds of the heart. Echocardiograms are entirely painless and provide your physician with information concerning the function and structure of your heart. She also performs exercise treadmills, ICG's, and Holtor Monitor's in our Cardiovascular Laboratory, and is CPR certified. Lori obtained her AS degree in cardiovascular studies from Sanford Brown in February 2006. |

Nicholas Galantino, J.D. Office Administrator. Nick received his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida. He attended Stetson University College of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1983. Mr. Galantino is an active member of the Florida Bar and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida. He has taught Healthcare Law as an Adjunct Professor at St. Leo University and lectured on current health care topics. Mr. Galantino has expertise in managed care, contracts, group practice management, real estate acquisition, billing and collection/accounts receivable management and personnel. Additionally, he is a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders. |

Jason Ladelfa, Information Technology Director earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Tampa in 2006. He held the Lead Lab Technician position at the University of Tampa in 2004. Jason has specialized knowledge in systems analysis and design, as well as database administration. |

Amber Drach, Marketing Director earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Tampa in 2007. She has lead several teams to perform practical strategic assessments and extensive market research of both for-profit and non-profit firms. Amber has volunteered her time to work with disabled American veterans and U.S. Paralympic athletes, as well as to coach children with disabilities through an adaptive soccer program. |
